When I contacted Excelsior Real Estate I had previously had my house on the market for nine months. I had already moved into my new house four months earlier and things were getting tight. I had stressed to them that I was unable to lower the price, but I needed to sell and sell fast! I was unsure of what they would do that my previous realtor had not done, because I believed that my previous realtor had done it all! I also believed that I understood how the real-estate business worked because I had just moved into my third house….I thought that I knew it all. But I was very wrong.
